Lagreeing at Home, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries and related entities, officers, directors, shareholders, persons, employees, as well as agents, servants, representatives, members and affiliates (“Company”) hereby implement this Privacy Policy in regards to and with respect to personal information which it collects or receives, not limited to the type of information collected, how it is used and/or shared. Company’s exercise equipment and other products may be offered for sale by authorized third parties through third-party websites not owned or controlled by Company. Purchases through third party websites shall be subject to the third party’s privacy policies and terms of use. Any links to a third-party website shall not constitute Company’s express or tacit endorsement of said provider, service, or content. The privacy policies contained on third-party Sites, apps and social media are their own and you are encouraged to read the policies of any such website, social media or app with which you interact at your own risk.

Company may offer access or links to publicly accessible blogs, social media pages, product review pages, private messages, video chat or community forums. When you disclose Personal Information on blogs, social media pages, product review pages, private messages, community forums, and within video chat sessions, Company may collect the information which may include Personal Information. Additionally, Personal Information may be shared with our information technology personnel, customer service providers, and others necessary for the Company to perform its services and provide product. 
In addition to those entities set forth in the definition of Company in Section 1, Company may also provide Personal Information to other business entities who may jointly offer Company’s products or services, or whose products or services Company believes may be of interest to user. 
Company does not intend to provide access to third party advertisers on the Site and shall update this Privacy Policy in the event thereof.

As previously mentioned, Company uses a third-party processor and maintains no sensitive financial information. In addition to Company’s policy of not maintaining any sensitive and/or financial information, Company employs necessary safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to, use of, and disclosure of Personal Information. Security cannot be guaranteed, and Company is not liable for breaches of its security and other unintentional disclosures of Personal Information. 10. CHILD PRIVACY RIGHTS

Company manufactures and distributes exercise products and services which are not intended to be sold, distributed, marketed or promoted to children under the age of 18, or any other age as may be required by the laws of certain jurisdictions, (“Children” or “Child”). Children are expressly not permitted to use Company services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children. If Company learns that a Child has provided us with Personal Information, Company will take the appropriate steps to delete such information. If a parent or guardian learns that their Child’s Personal Information has been provided to Company, without proper and lawful parental or guardian consent, they shall inform company by providing the Child’s full name to

12. NOTICES AND RIGHTS FOR NEVADA CONSUMERS

Nevada law allows customers to “opt out” of the sale of certain personal information, called “covered information.”  At Lagreeing At Home, we do not sell covered information as defined in the law and we have no plans to change that practice.
 
If you want to be notified if we do change that practice, please send your name and email address to info@lagreeingathome.com.  We’ll contact you if there are any changes and you can complete your opt out at that time.  If your email address changes at any point, you will need to send your new email address to us at info@lagreeingathome.com.
 

What is the Nevada privacy law?
Nevada passed a new privacy law effective October 1, 2019.   The law allows persons to opt out of the sale of certain personal information (called “covered information”) to third parties.  This includes information such as name, address, social security number, and online service activity.  Lagreeing At Home does not sell this information to third parties so no opt out is required.

You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.
