The “Becoming a Confident Lagree Trainer” workshop is a one-hour workshop that emphasizes the importance of simplicity in routines, knowing the machine, and focusing on personal strengths, while also encouraging participants to understand their motivation for being an instructor. Attendees are urged to find mentors, recognize imposter syndrome, and prioritize continuous learning.

Then check out the 3 hour workshop led by Lagree Master Trainers, NASM CGPFI, & Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Trainers Heather & Lexi for an in depth look into everything you need to know about you pre/postnatal clients, how to adapt the workouts, and so much more. Together Heather & Lexi have a combined 15+ years teaching Lagree and are both moms and this course is a passion for them.
