The handlebars are going to allow you to do moves such as Catfish, twister, and spoon. You will also be able to do arm moves such as Lat Pull down, Chest press, Bicep Pull Down, etc.
The back platform will give you more access to lunges, ab moves, and arm moves.
The Micro Pro is not nearly as mobile or portable as the Micro and needs a designated area. The Micro Pro base weighs in at a hefty 103 pounds compared to the Micro at 50 pounds.
We love the panels on the front and back platforms and carriage that lift at a slight incline to provide more support for the joints, better muscle activation, and more options.
The Micro Pro comes with the Pulley Cables!
We do NOT recommend the lift kit for the Micro Pro as it limits your options for moves on the Micro for home use.
The Lagree Mini Pro is the machine designed for home use that is closest the size of a Mega! You can do every move you do on the Megaformer, on the Mini Pro!
We love the tiled panels on the front and back platforms as well as on the carriage. This provides more support for the joints, better muscle activation, and a more intense workout.
The Mini Pro is the first Lagree machine to utilize the monorail which provides more options for moves as well as the new moves!
You can add the lift kit to your machine to have it lifted off the floor just like the Megas in the studios! This is not required to do any of the classes though.
