How is Lagree different than Pilates?

While Pilates places a large emphasis on rehabilitating muscles by stretching larger muscles and strengthening smaller muscle groups on a reformer, The Lagree Method focuses on intense bodybuilding techniques, like time under tension, combined with no to low impact movements on the Megaformer or Microformer.
