Co-Founder of LAH & Lagree Fitness Senior Master Trainer

HEATHER

Hi! I’m Heather and I’m a Senior Master Trainer for Lagree Fitness. I’ve been a certified Lagree Fitness instructor since 2015 and am also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness. I enjoy creating challenging workouts on the Micro that match the intensity and low impact workout I get on the Megaformer. Each workout is designed to activate your slow twitch muscle fibers by working your muscles using the time under tension model that Lagree thrives on. I hope you find these workouts challenging and fun! I have loved how this opportunity to go virtual has allowed me to connect to people around the world and our Lagreeing at Home community is incredible. In my free time I also love cooking, traveling & spending time with my husband & our teenage triplets.

LEXI

Hi! I’m Lexi and I am a Lagree Fitness Master Trainer. I have been certified since 2017, and taught in a studio before forming Lagreeing at Home with Heather in 2020. I truly love the amazing workout that the Lagree Micro provides and appreciate that the machine can be adapted for everybody! I love designing my classes with thought and creativity but also like sticking to the basics! I hope you always feel challenged (mentally and physically) in my classes and feel my support from afar! I am also a mom to two boys (a 3 year old boy and 8 month old), a wife, a dog mom to three crazies, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist!

NOELLE

Noelle was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii. She spent 20 years traveling the world as a professional dancer and performer. She has 12 years of experience in the fitness industry including Barre, Pilates and Lagree Fitness. Noelle completed her level 1 training in 2013 and most recently became a Lagree master Trainer. Noelle is excited to join the Lagreeing at home family.

LAURA

Advanced Lagree Instructor

Laura is an advanced Level 2 Lagree Fitness trainer and has been teaching Megaformer classes since 2018. Her journey in fitness began while preparing for dance auditions, which led her to start teaching in Boston's Back Bay in 2012. Eager to expand her knowledge, she pursued official Pilates training with Balanced Body Education, graduating in 2017 with a 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification and becoming NPCP certified in 2018. As a dedicated lifelong learner, Laura has completed numerous continuing education courses, including Anatomy in 3D and Pre/Postnatal Health. She also conducts workshops on various topics such as Music and Movement and Anatomy Basics. In her classes, participants can expect an effective workout while gaining insights into their bodies and the rationale behind each movement. Clients are encouraged to show up as they are, leaving the class feeling confident, strong, and more connected to their bodies.

LAUREN "LP"

Lauren aka LP was born and raised in Point Pleasant , New Jersey. She received my level one certification In California in 2019 and her level two certifications in Colorado in 2022. She currently teaches in studio at TWST and LaGroove in Colorado. She is thrilled to continue sharing her Lagree passion with the global community on Lagreeing at Home. When she's not at the studio teaching or taking a class, she's in mom mode cheering on her kids at the hockey rink or a cheer competition. LP loves that Lagree keeps her mentally and physically challenged on a daily basis. She loves taking classes and learning from other instructors just as much as she loves teaching classes. LP loves the clients and watching them evolve and gain strength and confidence through Lagree. LP is also a cancer survivor. She beat Hodgkins Lymphoma in her early twenty’s which has only proven to make her stronger in all aspects of her life.

KACEY

Lagree Fitness Master Trainer & Owner of Hi-Power

Kacey has a soulful approach to serving others and believes teaching Lagree Fitness is the most fulfilling job in the world. Her passion is helping clients reach and surpass their goals, while finding strengths that they never knew they had. Fitness is medicine for the mind, healing for the soul and gives one the strength to pursue the highest quality of life. It is often a priority to invest in every other part of one’s life, before investing in their health. Kacey helps her clients see the return of their investment in their health and how it can improve every other aspect of their lives. Kacey has been in the fitness industry for fifteen years. In 2021, Kacey became an Official Master Trainer of Lagree Fitness. She started in working in big box gyms like Gold’s Gym, LA Fitness and Anytime Fitness. Her whole entire mindset on fitness changed when she began training and teaching Pilates in Calabasas, CA in 2011. The following year, she found Lagree Fitness and was an immediate believer and convert. Kacey always thought that she was going to “teach Lagree until she got her degree” but discovered a passion for helping others use exercise as medicine. She received her degree in Exercise Science in 2016, and continued to study athletic training, occupational therapy and become a fitness specialist in 2018. All of Kacey’s education just fueled her passion for programming perfectly executed workouts, to train each part of the body in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Kacey soon learned that she had a gift for teaching and soon decided to pursue her teaching career full time. In 2016 and 2018, Kacey welcomed her two daughters into this world. She trained and taught Lagree fitness during and after both of these pregnancies. This fueled her hunger for education in prenatal and postnatal exercise using the Lagree Fitness method. Kacey has been able to help hundreds of expecting and new moms through this method, and it has quickly become another one of her passions. In 2018, Kacey, her husband and daughters moved to Scottsdale, AZ.Once in Scottsdale, Kacey was quickly welcomed into a local Lagree studio family. She was met with open arms by other trainers at this studio, and was able to make strong relationships with many of her clients. These relationships soon transformed into supportive family-like relationships, furthering her compassion and commitment to serving others. Kacey gets goosebumps every time she coaches clients through a killer class and can see the determination in their faces. Each and every privilege of a workout is a way to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Kacey is committed to her client’s growth, dedicated to her profession and grateful to the opportunity to make a positive impact in others’ lives.

FELICIA

Advanced Lagree Instructor & Co-Owner of Lagree North Shore

I'm Felicia! I'm a Level 2 certified Lagree instructor and co-owner of a micro studio in Oahu, HI. I'm passionate (okay, obsessed) with Lagree. I've always been passionate about fitness, but I fell in love with Lagree for its challenging, low-impact workouts that require mental grit. Currently, I'm loving bear variations and elevator lunges! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy soaking up sunshine at the beach, exploring the outdoors with my husband and our two sweet kids, and working out!

ALEX

Advanced Lagree Instructor & Co-Owner of Lagree North Shore

I’m Alex! I grew up here on the North Shore and fitness and health have always been a priority in my life. I grew up doing Jr. Lifeguards and gymnastics which set the foundation for my athletic and competitive career. In high school I was on the swim and water polo team. I love being a part of a team and encouraging other team members. I swam for a semester in college but unfortunately hurt my shoulder and quickly realized I would have a difficult time continuing to swim and gain a degree. I became a registered nurse in 2014 and have been working since then. Currently work in the emergency room at Kaiser. I found Lagree when I was newly postpartum as a way of low impact exercise and something to help strengthen my core and pelvic floor after pregnancy and birth. I am very passionate about pre and post natal fitness. I am a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist and have also taken workshops in safe pre and postnatal modifications specific to Lagree and the micro former by Senior Master Trainer Heather Perren. I am Level 1 and Advanced Level 2 Lagree Fitness Certified by Master Trainer Katrina Nakada. My goal is to give you a safe and effective full body workout while keeping it fun, new and exciting! This workout is challenging. I will guide you with effective cues and motivation while focusing first and foremost on correct form and alignment as well as that slow slow tempo. And help you to form that mind and muscle connection and connect back to your breath while maximizing time under tension. You will be sure to sweat and shake but will leave feeling accomplished and happy.

Hannah started her Lagree practice in May 2020 with no intention of becoming a teacher. Her passion for health and wellness is what eventually led her to get her Level 1 certification and become an instructor. She is currently working on her Level 2 certification, which will be completed on May 26. Although she has always been health-conscious and fit, Lagree challenged her in a different way mentally and physically. Hannah wanted to take her practice to the next level and give back to her community by offering a challenging, sweaty, and empowering class. A workout adaptable to all levels with a focus on healthy alignment and seamless transitions. When she's not teaching, you can find her cooking vegan cuisine, riding horses, or hanging with her dog Scout! S

Julia Bland - Lagree Advanced Trainer

Advanced Lagree Instructor

Julia is a certified Lagree Level 2 instructor and teaches at Level Fitness in Columbia, South Carolina. She is also classically trained in Pilates and Level 2 certified from Peak Pilates. Julia obtained her Public Health B.S. from the University of South Carolina Honors College and has an extensive background in anatomy and physiology. For 16 years, she danced competitively which led to her love of movement and being active. As a type one diabetic, Julia has a personal understanding of the value of health and wellbeing. Julia can’t wait to show you her love for Lagree and is so excited to be a part of the LAH team!

Hi! My name is Blake Monteiro. I am from Rhode Island and currently reside there. I grew up as a dancer training in all styles and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA degree in dance. When living in NYC I was introduced to Lagree and fell in love the method from day one! I taught in NYC and in Boston from 2015-2020. Movement is my mantra. I love anything that is physical from strength training to yoga to running, biking, dancing… you name it! In 2020 I took a break from Lagree to go back to school to become a registered nurse. I could not wait to get back into teaching Lagree so I purchased the micro, and got my official certification here I am now! I am thrilled to be apart of the LAH team and look forward to training and working out with y’all!

Hi! Karina here! I have been passionate about Lagree since my first sweat on the megaformer and felt the call to share that love with others. I have been a certified Lagree Fitness instructor for over 6 years and I am also Power Yoga certified. My classes are fun and upbeat. I strive to create a challenging and well rounded workout that will leave you feeling empowered and accomplished. See you on the micro!

I started as a Lagree client in 2017 and quickly found my new calling in life! I was certified in 2018 and i bring my passion for the Lagree method and sense of humor to each heart-pumping class. From the moment you step into my class, we are friends. Clients enjoy my infectious energy, dynamic routines, and attention to form. I will help you discover your love for this method as well! I am currently an instructor at MF3 In Larchmont, NY as well as a personal trainer. I have a wonderful support system in my husband Josh and my sons JJ and Kai. I love a good challenge and this year I’ve challenged myself to train and enter a physique bikini completion in Nov! Lagree is definitely a part of my training regiment. I’m thrilled to be joining the Lagreeing at Home team and look forward to giving you all some Lagree shakes!

I started teaching Lagree after falling in love with this method 7 years ago. It’s one of the best total body workouts and gave me back full motion in my left shoulder after breaking my collarbone in a car accident when I was younger. This method feeds my body and my brain and I couldn’t live without it! I love that I get to teach others what I am obsessed with and help in their journey towards strength and stability. This is a method that builds over time and to see the strength in numbers in a community that is empowering is an incredible feeling!”
